Tailored Approach
Before the workshop, we held a series of consulting sessions with the team to understand their current workflows, challenges, and ambitions, and to identify which AI tools and technologies would be most relevant for them to explore. This allowed us to build the entire workshop around Telekom’s specific needs, use cases, and creative processes rather than following a predefined training programme.

Real Projects
The workshop was highly practical and focused on current projects. Working directly with Telekom’s own design challenges, we explored how AI could support their work across Packaging Design, CMF, and Industrial Design, from ideation and visual exploration to developing and refining concepts. The aim was not simply to learn new tools, but to understand how they could be integrated into the team’s existing workflows and applied immediately.

Future Design
Beyond immediate applications, we explored how AI is changing the design process and what this could mean for creative teams in the future. Designers from Telekom’s German team travelled to Barcelona to work alongside their Barcelona colleagues, creating a collaborative environment to experiment with emerging technologies and imagine new AI-enabled ways of working.

Shared Language
Good collaboration starts with clear communication. Our team works fluently across English, German, Spanish, and Catalan, allowing us to adapt naturally to the group and switch languages whenever needed. This helped create an open environment where participants could ask questions, challenge ideas, and explore complex topics without language becoming a barrier.
